RPC recently visited site to assess the progress of one of their largest projects to date. A new build development of 4 No mews style houses we have worked hand in hand with a local developer to assist initially with planning guidance progressing onto a full package of detailed design drawings.
The overall design of the houses is sympathetic to the existing area with a red brickwork façade, white doors and windows and a dark grey roof covering. The completed development will see the implementation of soft landscaping and hard standing for off-road vehicle parking.
The construction stage of the development is progressing well with the main structure and roofing works due to be completed mid-September.
