A very constrained existing, vacant site provided the base for the design proposals of 2 No. semi-detached properties within the heart of an existing residential development.  Formerly used as a playground RPC presented a sympathetic but spacious design for both dwellings with ample garden and parking spaces amongst some allocated landscaping.  

Following comments from the planning department regarding the overall scale and mass a re-design was necessary with resulted in 2 No. bungalow type properties with a master bedroom at first floor.  The planning application was well received and commencement on site is hopeful for 2018.
