A new build development of 4 No. mews style houses by a local developer, RPC were instructed post planning approval to produce the full detailed design package. A piled foundation design was implemented on a challenging site of varying levels and a high standard of regulation to be met through the requirements of the NHBC warranty scheme. Further assistance has been provided through site visits during construction and the production of 3D images for marketing.
