Status: Concept Stage

RPC were appointed by a developer to produce initial outline master plans for a large vacant site in Tylorstown, Rhonda Valley.  The brief was to populate the existing vacant site with a mix of various types taking into account the varying site levels and new roadways to be formed into the development.  

Generally the output was a mix of 3D ‘birds eye’ views and some ground level views of the properties themselves assisting the developer to assess the overall development potential as well as establishing some early guidance from the local authority.
