As reported in July 2016, the Radcliffe Mews development has now been completed and all dwellings fully occupied by tenants. The project has proved at times been rather challenging with various site constraints and local authority requirements to meet throughout. However, as shown in the adjacent images the development is a welcomed addition to the local area with good parking, garden facilities and spacious living accommodation.
A really good example of a high quality end result using traditional build methods to achieve high energy performance and sustainable credentials. Overall, a development that RPC are very proud to have been involved with and even more so to see initial designs become reality.
